Welcome to my website. Feel free to browse through my listings in search for your new "nest". All applicants are screened so you can be assured that your neighbors are decent people. Each rental unit is cleaned and inspected after a move-out and repairs are done quickly when needed. I do not charge an application fee so just look at the top of the listing and you will see a link that will let you submit an online application. I prefer to have a completed application before we do the actual viewing. The purpose of this site is to make the whole process easy and simple for both of us.
